🍽️ Pan-fried Mini Peppers

Ingredients
- 300 g small green bell peppers (preferably Pimientos de Padrón)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mini pepper pods under running water.
- 2. Then dry the pepper pods completely using a kitchen towel or kitchen paper.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
- 4. Add the dry pepper pods to the hot pan.
- 5. Fry the peppers over high heat, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 6. Finally, season the finished peppers with coarse sea salt and black pepper.
