🍝 Stir-fried Mie Noodles with Turkey

Ingredients
- 500 g turkey breast fillet
- 20 g ginger
- 1 shallot
- 6 soy sauce
- 200 g mie noodles
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g spring onions
- 4 oil
- 150 ml vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the ginger and the shallot.
- 4. Dice the ginger and the shallot very finely.
- 5. Mix the finely diced ingredients with four tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 6. Pour the marinade over the meat strips.
- 7. Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.
- 8. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 9. Peel the carrots and wash them.
- 10. Cut the carrots into small batons.
- 11. Clean the leek and cut off the ends.
- 12. Wash the leek and cut it into pieces.
- 13. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok.
- 14. Fry the marinated meat in the hot oil for 4 minutes.
- 15. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 16. Fry the carrots and leek in the remaining fat.
- 17. Pour the broth into the pan.
- 18. Season with salt and pepper.
- 19. Stir the remaining soy sauce into the vegetable broth.
- 20. Fold in the fried meat and the cooked noodles.
- 21. Stir-fry everything for another 2 minutes.
