  7. 7. Dice the bell pepper into very small cubes.
  8. 8. Slice the Maultaschen into pieces about one centimeter thick.
  9. 9. Rinse the chives under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the chives dry.
  11. 11. Cut the chives into small rings.
  12. 12. Heat the rapeseed oil in a non-stick pan.
  13. 13. Place the Maultaschen slices into the hot pan.
  14. 14. Fry the slices until golden brown over medium heat.
  15. 15. Turn the Maultaschen frequently so they cook evenly.
