🍽️ Fried Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lobster tails (with shell, fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 250 g strained tomatoes
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Let the frozen lobsters thaw.
- 2. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and press it through. Wash the pepper, cut it in half, remove the inside and white seeds, and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lobster tails with shell in it for a few minutes until they turn pink. Add onion, garlic, and pepper and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add the parsley, pureed tomatoes, ketchup, wine, vinegar, bay leaves, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the lobster tails and let them cook at low heat covered for about 25 minutes.
