Ingredients
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Wash them thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
- 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the potato pieces on the tray.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 8. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
- 9. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 10. Roast the potatoes until golden brown for 30 to 35 minutes.
- 11. Turn the potatoes halfway through.
- 12. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 13. Arrange the potatoes in a serving dish.
- 14. Sprinkle sea salt over them.
- 15. Serve the roasted potatoes hot.
