  2. 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the cod into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  6. 6. Mix the garlic with the lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of oil.
  7. 7. Toss the fish cubes in the marinade until fully coated.
  8. 8. Let the fish marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Wash the zucchini.
  10. 10. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  11. 11. Slice the zucchini into finger-thick rounds.
  12. 12. Core the bell pepper.
  13. 13. Wash the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Remove all white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
  15. 15. Cut the bell pepper into large cubes.
  16. 16. Peel the onions.
  17. 17. Cut the onions lengthwise into wedges.
  18. 18. Thread the fish and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
  19. 19. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  21. 21. Fry the skewers on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
  22. 22. Cut the chives into small rings.
  23. 23. Mix the chives with yogurt, cream, and lemon juice.
  24. 24. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  25. 25. Serve the skewers with white bread.
