🍽️ Pan-fried chicken breast with grapes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 lemons (of which the juice)
- grapes (dark and light)
- clarified butter for frying (ghee), alternatively ghee
- grape leaf (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Drizzle with lemon juice and let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Pat the meat dry again, season with salt and pepper, and coat it in flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Place them on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
- 3. Wash the grapes and halve them. Arrange them on the plates as you like (place a grape leaf underneath if available) and top with the chicken breasts. Serve the dish immediately.
