  1. 1. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Drizzle with lemon juice and let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry again, season with salt and pepper, and coat it in flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Place them on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
  3. 3. Wash the grapes and halve them. Arrange them on the plates as you like (place a grape leaf underneath if available) and top with the chicken breasts. Serve the dish immediately.
