  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 25 minutes.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry them in 1 tbsp of hot butter for about 5 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Wash the broccoli, cut it into smaller pieces if necessary, and boil it for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain it, let it drip dry, and sprinkle it with Gomasio (sesame-salt mixture). Serve the pan-fried chicken breast with the vegetables and salted potatoes.
