🍽️ Pan-fried chicken breast with vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp gomasio (sesame salt)
- 400 g potatoes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 25 minutes.
- 2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry them in 1 tbsp of hot butter for about 5 minutes per side.
- 3. Wash the broccoli, cut it into smaller pieces if necessary, and boil it for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain it, let it drip dry, and sprinkle it with Gomasio (sesame-salt mixture). Serve the pan-fried chicken breast with the vegetables and salted potatoes.
