  1. 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken cutlets as well and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Pound the chicken cutlets flat using a meat mallet (or a heavy pot) to thin them out.
  4. 4. Season the cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken cutlets in the hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the cooked cutlets with the chopped herbs and sage leaves.
  8. 8. Add the washed cherry tomatoes to the pan.
  9. 9. Continue frying everything together for another 5 minutes.
