🍽️ Pan-seared chicken breast with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets (approx. 150 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 20 g butter
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp sage leaf
- 200 g cherry tomatoes (on the vine)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Wash the chicken cutlets as well and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pound the chicken cutlets flat using a meat mallet (or a heavy pot) to thin them out.
- 4. Season the cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 6. Fry the chicken cutlets in the hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 7. Sprinkle the cooked cutlets with the chopped herbs and sage leaves.
- 8. Add the washed cherry tomatoes to the pan.
- 9. Continue frying everything together for another 5 minutes.
