  2. 2. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. Wash the ginger and cut off 1 to 2 thin slices.
  4. 4. Peel or cut off a small piece of the lemon zest.
  5. 5. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper and slice off a few rings.
  7. 7. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil into a pot.
  8. 8. Add the garlic, ginger slices, lemon zest, and chili rings to the oil.
  9. 9. Let the flavors infuse in the hot oil for a short time.
  10. 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
  11. 11. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and let the mixture steep.
  12. 12. Pour the remaining oil into a hot frying pan.
  13. 13. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the shrimp once to ensure even cooking.
  15. 15. Season the shrimp with salt.
  16. 16. Warm a plate or platter.
