  2. 2. Make a slit along the back of the shrimp.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the black vein.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat them well.
  5. 5. Let the shrimp marinate for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the shrimp vigorously.
  8. 8. Cook them for about 2 minutes per side.
  9. 9. Sprinkle fresh basil over the cooked shrimp.
  10. 10. Plate the shrimp.
  11. 11. Garnish the dish with olives.
