🍽️ Shrimp with Garlic and Lime

Ingredients
- 6 larger shrimp (peeled, with tail end)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp chopped Thai basil
- 100 g black olives
Instructions
- 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with pressed garlic and lime juice in a bowl.
- 2. Make a slit along the back of the shrimp.
- 3. Carefully remove the black vein.
- 4. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat them well.
- 5. Let the shrimp marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
- 7. Fry the shrimp vigorously.
- 8. Cook them for about 2 minutes per side.
- 9. Sprinkle fresh basil over the cooked shrimp.
- 10. Plate the shrimp.
- 11. Garnish the dish with olives.
