  6. 6. Mix honey, soy sauce, and Sambal Oelek in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Slice the duck breast fillet into thin slices.
  8. 8. Place the duck slices into the marinade.
  9. 9. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the duck slices from the marinade.
  11. 11. Let the meat drain briefly.
  12. 12. Pour the remaining marinade into a container.
  13. 13. Heat a wok with about one tablespoon of oil.
  14. 14. Fry the duck slices briefly and vigorously on all sides.
  15. 15. Season the meat with salt and lemon juice.
  16. 16. Remove the meat from the wok.
  17. 17. Keep the meat warm.
  18. 18. Pour the broth and the collected marinade into the wok.
