🍽️ Crispy Banana Rolls with Caramel

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 large round sheet rice paper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 carambola
- 8 mint
- 120 g sugar
- 3 butter
- rice wine
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Cut the rice paper into eight equal pieces using a sharp knife.
- 2. Place the rice paper pieces between damp kitchen towels to soften them.
- 3. Peel the bananas.
- 4. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- 5. Place a mint leaf on a rice paper triangle.
- 6. Put a banana half on top of the mint leaf.
- 7. Wrap everything tightly into a roll.
- 8. Fry the prepared rolls in batches in hot butter in a pan.
- 9. Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- 10. Melt sugar and butter in a pan.
- 11. Caramelize the mixture until it turns golden brown.
- 12. Deglaze the caramel mixture with a splash of wine.
- 13. Slice the carambola into thin pieces.
- 14. Spread the caramel sauce on the plates.
- 15. Place the fried bananas on the sauce.
- 16. Garnish the dishes with the carambola slices.
- 17. Add fresh mint leaves as decoration.
