  2. 2. Place the rice paper pieces between damp kitchen towels to soften them.
  3. 3. Peel the bananas.
  4. 4. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Place a mint leaf on a rice paper triangle.
  6. 6. Put a banana half on top of the mint leaf.
  7. 7. Wrap everything tightly into a roll.
  8. 8. Fry the prepared rolls in batches in hot butter in a pan.
  9. 9. Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  10. 10. Melt sugar and butter in a pan.
  11. 11. Caramelize the mixture until it turns golden brown.
  12. 12. Deglaze the caramel mixture with a splash of wine.
  13. 13. Slice the carambola into thin pieces.
  14. 14. Spread the caramel sauce on the plates.
  15. 15. Place the fried bananas on the sauce.
  16. 16. Garnish the dishes with the carambola slices.
  17. 17. Add fresh mint leaves as decoration.
