🍽️ Fried Banana with Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 4 tbsp Almond flakes
- 2 sprigs Sage
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise, and drizzle with lime juice. Fry the banana halves in butter until golden brown on all sides. Deglaze the pan with orange liqueur.
- 2. Toast the almond slices in a pan without additional fat. Roll the fried bananas in the toasted almonds. Plate them and garnish with finely chopped sage leaves.
