  1. 1. Pour 400 milliliters of boiling water over the oatmeal flakes in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of salt and stir everything well.
  3. 3. Let the oatmeal flakes soak for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  5. 5. Wash the berries thoroughly.
  6. 6. Mix the oatmeal with the oat milk, vanilla seeds, walnuts, and berries.
  7. 7. Grease a baking dish (approx. 26 x 20 cm) with the melted coconut oil.
  8. 8. Distribute the oatmeal mixture evenly in the dish.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the whole cane sugar evenly over the top.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees or gas mark 2–3).
  11. 11. Bake the oatmeal in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Take the finished oatmeal out of the oven.
  13. 13. Serve the dish preferably while still hot.
  14. 14. Garnish it to taste with coconut yogurt and fresh berries.
