  7. 7. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Halve the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Wash the beans.
  11. 11. Remove the ends and strings from the beans (trim).
  12. 12. Peel the onions.
  13. 13. Wash the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Halve the bell pepper.
  15. 15. Remove the inside and seeds of the bell pepper (core).
  16. 16. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  17. 17. Mix the meat with all the prepared vegetables.
  18. 18. Add the olives and the herbs.
  19. 19. Season the mixture generously with salt.
  20. 20. Add lemon juice.
  21. 21. Season with pepper.
  22. 22. Take four double squares or circles of parchment paper.
  23. 23. Distribute the meat and vegetable mixture onto the center of the parchment papers.
  24. 24. Top the portions with the sliced cheese.
