  1. 1. Break the breadcrumbs into small pieces and grind them into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Coat the fillets one by one in flour, beaten egg, and the breadcrumb crumbs until fully covered.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded fillets for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and chop them into large chunks.
  7. 7. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion cubes until soft.
  8. 8. Add the pepper pieces and cook them briefly.
  9. 9. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and thyme.
  10. 10. Serve the chicken breast fillets on top of the pepper mixture.
