  2. 2. Peel the shallot and the garlic and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into small rings.
  5. 5. Rinse the meat briefly and cut it into coarse pieces.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Fry the chicken together with the shallot and garlic on all sides for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the spring onions and the pepper cubes and fry everything for another 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Pour in the pureed tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Adjust the seasoning of the dish with salt, pepper, and the herbs.
  12. 12. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  13. 13. Slice the mozzarella.
  14. 14. Distribute the mozzarella slices and the alpine cheese evenly over the dish.
  15. 15. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
