🍽️ Baked fish fillets with mushrooms in foil packets

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (approx. 200 g each, e.g. cod)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 sprigs dill
- 3 sprigs oregano
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- 4. Wash the dill sprigs under running water.
- 5. Shake the dill sprigs dry.
- 6. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
- 7. Wash the oregano sprigs under running water.
- 8. Shake the oregano sprigs dry.
- 9. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the dill and oregano leaves.
- 11. Clean the mushrooms of dirt.
- 12. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.
- 13. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 14. Halve the tomatoes.
- 15. Remove the core of the tomatoes.
- 16. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 17. Place four large pieces of aluminum foil on your work surface.
- 18. Brush the center of each aluminum foil piece with one teaspoon of oil.
- 19. Place the seasoned fish fillets on the oiled foil.
- 20. Distribute the mushroom slices over the fish fillets.
- 21. Add the tomato cubes to the fillets.
- 22. Sprinkle the chopped oregano over the ingredients.
- 23. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the ingredients.
- 24. Drizzle each packet with one teaspoon of olive oil.
- 25. Season the packets finally with salt and pepper.
- 26. Carefully seal the aluminum foil into closed packets.
- 27. Place the packets on the rack in the oven.
- 28. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas level 3).
- 29. Bake the packets for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
