🍽️ Baked Goat Cheese with Crispy Baguette

Ingredients
- 400 g Brie from goat (in 4 pieces)
- 4 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 8 slices baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- thyme leaves (for sprinkling)
- dried apricots (for serving)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Place the goat cheese pieces on the prepared tray.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 6. Place the tomatoes next to the cheese on the tray with the cut side facing up.
- 7. Drizzle honey over the tomato halves.
- 8. Place the baguette next to the cheese and tomatoes on the tray.
- 9. Drizzle some oil over the baguette.
- 10. Slide the tray into the oven on the highest rack.
- 11. Bake the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Make sure the bread becomes crispy and the tomatoes caramelize slightly.
- 13. Remove the cheese from the oven immediately as soon as it starts to melt.
- 14. Arrange the goat cheese, tomatoes, and baguette on plates.
- 15. Season the tomatoes with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the tomatoes.
- 17. Serve the dried apricots as a side dish.
