🥗 Baked Goat Cheese on Salad

Ingredients
- 100 g mixed leaf salad
- 150 g goat cheese (log)
- 50 g chopped walnut kernels
- 50 g black olives
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf salads thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the leaves.
- 3. Remove tough stems or damaged greens.
- 4. Tear the salads into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Add the walnut kernels to the salad.
- 6. Add the olives to the salad.
- 7. Cut the goat cheese into four equal slices.
- 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 9. Place the cheese slices on the prepared tray.
- 10. Preheat the grill.
- 11. Bake the cheese under the grill for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Wait until the cheese is golden brown.
- 13. Put the mustard into a small bowl.
- 14. Add the honey to the mustard.
- 15. Add the vinegar to the mixture.
- 16. Add the oil to the mixture.
- 17. Stir the ingredients until smooth.
- 18. Season the dressing with salt.
- 19. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 20. Mix the dressing with the salad.
- 21. Distribute the salad onto plates.
- 22. Place the warm goat cheese on the salad.
- 23. Serve the dish immediately.
