Ingredients
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 slices White Bread
- Honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the milk with the sugar and the eggs in a shallow bowl. Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Dip the white bread slices briefly into the milk-egg mixture and fry them on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes in the pan until golden brown.
- 2. Drizzle honey over the top and serve the toast with coffee as you like.
