  1. 1. Take the bell peppers out of the pack and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Cut the drained bell peppers into wide strips.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the hard green stem part from the top of the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Cut each tomato in half in the middle.
  6. 6. Cut the tomato halves into thick slices.
  7. 7. Take two small baking dishes.
  8. 8. Dab a little oil onto the bottom of the dishes and spread it thinly with a brush or cloth.
  9. 9. Distribute the pepper strips evenly in the prepared dishes.
  10. 10. Place the tomato slices on top of the peppers.
  11. 11. Sprinkle some salt over the vegetables.
  12. 12. Grind some fresh black pepper over it.
  13. 13. Cut the sheep's cheese into thick slices.
  14. 14. If you are not slicing it, just break the cheese into coarse pieces.
  15. 15. Place the cheese slices or pieces on the vegetables in the dishes.
  16. 16. Cut the lemon in half.
  17. 17. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  18. 18. Take a small bowl.
  19. 19. Put the honey into the bowl.
  20. 20. Add the remaining olive oil.
  21. 21. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  22. 22. Add a teaspoon of fennel seeds.
  23. 23. Stir the ingredients in the bowl well with a spoon.
  24. 24. Pour the finished sauce evenly over the cheese in the baking dishes.
  25. 25. Grind some more fresh black pepper over it.
  26. 26. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over everything.
  27. 27. Turn on the oven and preheat it.
  28. 28. Set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  29. 29. If your oven has a fan (convection), set it to 180 degrees.
  30. 30. If you use gas, set the level to 3.
  31. 31. Place the baking dishes in the hot oven.
  32. 32. Bake the sheep's cheese for about 10 minutes.
  33. 33. Take the dishes out when the cheese is baked golden brown.
