  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Rinse the pike under running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
  5. 5. Wash the lemons. Cut one half into wedges and set it aside.
  6. 6. Cut the other lemon half into quarters.
  7. 7. Wash the chili peppers. Cut them in half if you prefer, or leave them whole.
  8. 8. Season the fish inside and out with sea salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Drizzle the fish with the juice of the reserved lemon half.
  10. 10. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
  11. 11. Stuff the fish cavity with the parsley.
  12. 12. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Arrange the potatoes, onions, lemon quarters, and chili peppers around the fish.
  14. 14. Lightly salt the vegetables and drizzle them with olive oil.
  15. 15. Bake the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes.
