🍽️ Baked Camembert with Grapes

Ingredients
- 250 g green grapes
- 4 tsp white port wine
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 round Camembert
Instructions
- 1. Remove the grapes from the stems. Blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately cool them in cold water and peel off the skin. Mix the grapes with port wine and let the mixture cool in a cold place for 30 minutes.
- 2. Place the Camembert in a baking dish lightly greased with oil. Warm the cheese in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (Gas level 3-4, convection 180 degrees) for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 3. Cut the Camembert into 4 portions and serve it together with the grapes.
