  3. 3. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut off the tough ends of the zucchini.
  5. 5. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Carefully scoop out the soft inside of the zucchini with a spoon.
  7. 7. Chop the scooped-out zucchini flesh finely.
  8. 8. Chop the olives finely.
  9. 9. Chop the tomatoes finely.
  10. 10. Peel the onion.
  11. 11. Slice the onion into rings.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley.
  13. 13. Shake the parsley dry.
  14. 14. Pluck off the parsley leaves.
  15. 15. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  16. 16. Set aside a small portion of the chopped parsley.
  17. 17. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  18. 18. Mix the couscous with olive oil.
  19. 19. Have the prepared ingredients (zucchini flesh, olives, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, parsley) ready.
  20. 20. Mix the couscous with the zucchini flesh.
  21. 21. Mix the couscous-zucchini mixture with the olives.
  22. 22. Mix the mass with the tomatoes.
  23. 23. Mix the mass with the onion rings.
  24. 24. Mix the mass with the mozzarella cubes.
  25. 25. Mix the mass with the chopped parsley.
  26. 26. Season the filling with salt.
