  8. 8. Sprinkle chopped fresh oregano over the top.
  9. 9. Place the second bread slice on top.
  10. 10. Press the sandwiches down gently.
  11. 11. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the milk into the eggs.
  13. 13. Season the egg mixture with salt.
  14. 14. Add pepper to the egg mixture.
  15. 15. Grate a little nutmeg into the mixture.
