  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Wash the herbs and shake off excess water.
  7. 7. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
  8. 8. Chop the larger herbs into smaller pieces.
  9. 9. Place the potatoes and herbs into a baking dish.
  10. 10. Pour in 125 milliliters of water.
  11. 11. Add the bay leaves to the dish.
  12. 12. Drizzle everything with oil.
  13. 13. Lightly salt the ingredients.
  14. 14. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
