🍽️ French Herb Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg small, new, waxy potatoes
- 2 white onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, and oregano)
- 4 bay leaves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (conventional heat).
- 2. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
- 3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 4. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips.
- 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 6. Wash the herbs and shake off excess water.
- 7. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 8. Chop the larger herbs into smaller pieces.
- 9. Place the potatoes and herbs into a baking dish.
- 10. Pour in 125 milliliters of water.
- 11. Add the bay leaves to the dish.
- 12. Drizzle everything with oil.
- 13. Lightly salt the ingredients.
- 14. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
