  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Scrub them if necessary. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the wrapped potatoes inside. Bake them for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Cut off the top end of each potato.
  4. 4. Place the potatoes on a plate. Sprinkle sea salt on the plate so the potatoes rest on it.
  5. 5. Stir the sour cream with the chives. Mix the ingredients well together.
  6. 6. Serve the sour cream mixture and the caviar together with the potatoes.
