🍽️ Baked Potato with Caviar Topping

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (Yukon Gold potatoes)
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- caviar (to taste)
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Scrub them if necessary. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the wrapped potatoes inside. Bake them for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 3. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Cut off the top end of each potato.
- 4. Place the potatoes on a plate. Sprinkle sea salt on the plate so the potatoes rest on it.
- 5. Stir the sour cream with the chives. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 6. Serve the sour cream mixture and the caviar together with the potatoes.
