🍽️ Oven-Baked Grapefruits with Honey and Spices

Ingredients
- 6 smaller pink grapefruits
- 100 g raisins
- 2 cinnamon sticks (chopped small)
- 6 star anise
- 8 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Peel the grapefruits completely using a sharp knife, removing all the white pith and membranes. Then, cut a small, cone-shaped hollow into the top of the fruit.
- 2. Fill the hollow with raisins and spices. Drizzle a spoonful of honey over them. Bake the grapefruits in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
