🍽️ Oven Mushrooms with Lemon and Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 organic lemon
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g large white mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- 20 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Pluck the needles off the rosemary sprigs.
- 2. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
- 3. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 4. Finely grate the lemon zest.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon.
- 6. Set aside the lemon juice for later.
- 7. Mix the rosemary with the lemon zest and the olive oil.
- 8. Clean the mushrooms.
- 9. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 10. Place the mushroom slices in a baking dish.
- 11. Drizzle half of the seasoned oil over the mushrooms.
- 12. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Bake the mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely.
- 16. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the mushrooms.
- 17. Return the baking dish to the oven.
- 18. Bake the mushrooms for another 5 minutes.
- 19. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
- 20. Drizzle the remaining seasoned oil over the mushrooms.
- 21. Add a little lemon juice.
- 22. Serve the mushrooms immediately.
