🍰 Oven-Baked Pears with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 8 tbsp cranberries
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 150 g Gruyère cheese
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores. Add the cranberries to a hot pan with butter and sugar. Warm the mixture, stir in the Grand Marnier liqueur, and let it simmer gently for three minutes.
- 2. Spoon the cooked cranberries into the hollowed-out pear halves. Mix the crème fraîche with the grated cheese and spread the mixture over the fruit. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven for ten minutes until golden brown on top.
