  2. 2. Pat the bananas dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the unpeeled bananas directly onto the oven rack.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or Gas Mark 3).
  5. 5. Bake the bananas until their peel turns completely black.
  6. 6. Whisk the quark, milk, honey, and flaxseed oil in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  7. 7. Remove the hot bananas from the oven and place them on four plates.
  8. 8. Carefully slice each banana lengthwise down the center.
  9. 9. Press the peel outward so the banana opens up like a shell.
  10. 10. Fill the opened banana with the quark cream.
