🍰 Oven-Baked Bananas with Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 500 g small bananas (4 small bananas)
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp honey (10 g)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil (10 g)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the bananas, keeping the peel on.
- 2. Pat the bananas dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the unpeeled bananas directly onto the oven rack.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or Gas Mark 3).
- 5. Bake the bananas until their peel turns completely black.
- 6. Whisk the quark, milk, honey, and flaxseed oil in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 7. Remove the hot bananas from the oven and place them on four plates.
- 8. Carefully slice each banana lengthwise down the center.
- 9. Press the peel outward so the banana opens up like a shell.
- 10. Fill the opened banana with the quark cream.
