  3. 3. Wash the orange thoroughly and dry it.
  4. 4. Finely grate the orange peel and squeeze the juice from half an orange.
  5. 5. Mix the orange zest, almonds, powdered sugar, and orange juice in a bowl.
  6. 6. Knead the egg and cinnamon into the almond mixture.
  7. 7. Shape the filling into a long roll and divide it into 50 equal pieces.
  8. 8. Shape the individual filling pieces into rolls about 4 centimeters long.
  9. 9. Mix the melted butter with the flour, salt, 2 egg yolks, orange blossom water, and 60 milliliters of water.
  10. 10. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  11. 11. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest.
