Ingredients
- 700 g Tiger shrimp (kitchen-ready, peeled and deveined)
- 100 ml sweet and sour chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
- 2. Thoroughly rinse the shrimp.
- 3. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Toss the shrimp with the chili sauce.
- 5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the wooden skewers.
- 6. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the skewers on all sides for about 4 minutes.
- 8. Arrange the finished skewers on plates.
- 9. Serve the skewers with fresh salad on the side if desired.
