Ingredients
- 8 large shrimp (peeled, ready to cook)
- 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp dill (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Mix the parsley and dill with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the shrimp marinate in this mixture for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 2. Thread one shrimp onto each skewer. Then grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are done.
