  3. 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds.
  5. 5. Puree the flesh in a blender until smooth.
  6. 6. Peel the onions and garlic.
  7. 7. Chop both ingredients very finely.
  8. 8. Wash the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Remove the green stem base and the seeds.
  10. 10. Chop the bell pepper flesh finely as well.
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the onions briefly until they become translucent.
  13. 13. Add the garlic and bell pepper pieces.
  14. 14. Cook everything together for a short time.
  15. 15. Add the tomato puree.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  17. 17. Let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes.
  18. 18. Reduce the sauce to a thick consistency.
  19. 19. Peel the shrimp.
  20. 20. Leave the head and tail on.
  21. 21. Carefully remove the black vein.
  22. 22. Rinse the shrimp briefly under cold water.

  24. 24. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  25. 25. Place the shrimp in a baking dish.

  28. 28. Pick the leaves off the stems.
  29. 29. Distribute the parsley leaves in the dish.
  30. 30. Crumble the feta cheese.
  31. 31. Spread the feta over the shrimp.
  32. 32. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  33. 33. Bake the dish for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  34. 34. Bake the cheese until golden brown on top.
