🍽️ Creamy Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 250 g cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g sour cream
- 250 g quark
- 100 g plain yogurt
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sweet paprika powder
- crackers
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Set aside three whole shrimp for decoration and roughly chop the remaining shrimp.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and press them directly onto the chopped shrimp.
- 4. Add the sour cream, quark (fresh curd cheese), and yogurt to the bowl with the shrimp.
- 5. Add the lemon juice and season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 6. Stir all ingredients well until a smooth cream forms.
- 7. Transfer the shrimp cream into a serving bowl.
- 8. Place the three reserved whole shrimp on top of the cream.
- 9. Sprinkle some paprika powder over the surface for decoration.
- 10. Serve the dip together with crackers.
