🍽️ Shrimp and Zucchini Skewers

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (peeled and cooked)
- 2 small Zucchini
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Limes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Trim the hard ends off the zucchini.
- 3. Use a vegetable peeler to shave long, thin strips from the zucchini.
- 4. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
- 5. Boil the zucchini strips in the salted water for 1 to 2 minutes (this is called blanching).
- 6. Remove the zucchini from the hot water immediately.
- 7. Place the strips in a bowl of ice-cold water to cool them down quickly.
- 8. Drain the water from the zucchini.
- 9. Pat the zucchini strips dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Take one shrimp and wrap it in a zucchini strip.
- 11. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 12. Thread the shrimp onto a small wooden skewer.
- 13. Serve the finished skewers garnished with lime wedges.
