🍽️ Crispy Shrimp Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 leaves Lollo Rosso
- 1 Tomato
- 0.5 Mini cucumber
- 50 g Mozzarella (45 % Fett i. Tr.)
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla flatbreads
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese (45 % Fett i. Tr.; à 20 g)
- 6 cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 drops Chili sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce leaves under running water.
- 2. Shake the vegetables dry or pat them with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the tomato and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 4. Slice the tomato halves into thin slices.
- 5. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin slices as well.
- 6. Slice the mozzarella into even slices.
- 7. Warm the tortilla wraps briefly in a pan or microwave.
- 8. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on each wrap.
- 9. Place two leaves of Lollo Rosso lettuce on the cheese.
- 10. Distribute the tomato and cucumber slices evenly over the lettuce.
- 11. Place the mozzarella slices on top.
- 12. Arrange the shrimp in the center of the wrap.
- 13. Drizzle some chili sauce over the shrimp.
- 14. Season everything with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- 15. Fold the left and right sides of the wrap towards the center.
- 16. Roll the wrap tightly from bottom to top.
- 17. Cut the finished wraps in half.
- 18. Serve the snacks immediately.
