  1. 1. Wash the lettuce leaves under running water.
  2. 2. Shake the vegetables dry or pat them with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the tomato and cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Slice the tomato halves into thin slices.
  5. 5. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin slices as well.
  6. 6. Slice the mozzarella into even slices.
  7. 7. Warm the tortilla wraps briefly in a pan or microwave.
  8. 8. Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on each wrap.
  9. 9. Place two leaves of Lollo Rosso lettuce on the cheese.
  10. 10. Distribute the tomato and cucumber slices evenly over the lettuce.
  11. 11. Place the mozzarella slices on top.
  12. 12. Arrange the shrimp in the center of the wrap.
  13. 13. Drizzle some chili sauce over the shrimp.
  14. 14. Season everything with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  15. 15. Fold the left and right sides of the wrap towards the center.
  16. 16. Roll the wrap tightly from bottom to top.
  17. 17. Cut the finished wraps in half.
  18. 18. Serve the snacks immediately.
