  4. 4. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Mix the garlic with lemon juice, oil, curry powder, paprika powder, and chili sauce.
  7. 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until they are well coated.
  9. 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  10. 10. Arrange the shrimp on the tray.
  11. 11. Bake the shrimp in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the shrimp occasionally during cooking.
  13. 13. Cut the avocados in half.
  14. 14. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  15. 15. Carefully separate the flesh from the skin.
