🍽️ Honey Shrimp Skewer

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg large shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- 2. Remove the vein from the shrimp.
- 3. Place the shrimp in a bowl.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Press the garlic into the bowl.
- 6. Cut the unwaxed lemon into wedges.
- 7. Add the lemon wedges to the shrimp.
- 8. Add the lemon juice to the shrimp.
- 9. Add the honey to the shrimp.
- 10. Add the oil to the shrimp.
- 11. Mix everything well.
- 12. Cover the bowl.
- 13. Let the marinade sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 14. Remove the shrimp from the marinade.
- 15. Place the shrimp on the hot grill.
- 16. Cook the shrimp for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 17. Turn the shrimp occasionally.
- 18. Season the honey shrimp skewers with salt.
- 19. Season the honey shrimp skewers with pepper.
- 20. Sprinkle the honey shrimp skewers with fresh coriander.
