🍽️ Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 50 g whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g shrimp (pre-cooked and ready to use)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices toast bread
- chives
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Stir the cream into the eggs.
- 3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 6. Stir the eggs constantly until they set (become firm).
- 7. Fold the shrimp into the scrambled eggs.
- 8. Portion the scrambled eggs onto small plates.
- 9. Halve the tomatoes.
- 10. Place the tomato halves on top of the scrambled eggs.
- 11. Toast the bread slices.
- 12. Cut round shapes out of the toast slices.
- 13. Place the toast circles next to the scrambled eggs.
- 14. Trim the chive stalks.
- 15. Garnish the dish with the chives.
