  2. 2. Wash the arugula, remove the tough stems, and shake it dry. Rinse the shrimp briefly and pat them dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. 3. Fill the bowls with the salad and top with the tomatoes and shrimp.
  4. 4. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the cream, 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice, salt, and pepper. Season to taste, drizzle over the salad, and serve with a lime wedge.
