🥤 Shrimp-Arugula-Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 unpeeled lime
- 100 g arugula
- 12 cocktail shrimp (kitchen-ready and cooked)
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lime in half lengthwise and slice off four wedges for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime halves.
- 2. Wash the arugula, remove the tough stems, and shake it dry. Rinse the shrimp briefly and pat them dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 3. Fill the bowls with the salad and top with the tomatoes and shrimp.
- 4. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the cream, 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice, salt, and pepper. Season to taste, drizzle over the salad, and serve with a lime wedge.
