  1. 1. Cut out the hard stem areas from the tomatoes in wedge-shaped slices.
  2. 2. Dip the tomatoes briefly into boiling water and remove them immediately.
  3. 3. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water to cool them down.
  4. 4. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Cut the peeled tomatoes into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the inside (seeds and pulp) from the tomato quarters.
  7. 7. Halve the cored tomato quarters crosswise.
  8. 8. Drain the artichoke hearts well.

  10. 10. Chop the olives coarsely.

  34. 34. Pluck the small thyme leaves from the stems.
  35. 35. Sprinkle the thyme leaves over the pizzas shortly before the end of the cooking time.
