🍽️ Crispy Shrimp in Sweet and Sour Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 0.5 Orange
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 6 Shrimp tails
- Salt
- Pepper
- 75 g Orange marmalade
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Chives
Instructions
- 1. Cut two thick slices from the orange and divide them into quarters.
- 2. Juice the rest of the orange to get the juice.
- 3. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 4. Fry the shrimp on all sides.
- 5. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 6. Mix the orange marmalade, two tablespoons of orange juice, and the lemon juice together.
- 7. Bring the sauce mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 8. Add the shrimp to the sauce.
- 9. Let the shrimp simmer in the sauce for two minutes.
- 10. Serve the shrimp on plates.
- 11. Garnish the shrimp with the orange quarters.
- 12. Sprinkle the shrimp with chive rolls.
- 13. Serve the dish with baguette.
