🍽️ Fresh Shrimp Salad with Melon Balls

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 unpeeled limes
- 400 g deep-sea shrimp
- pepper
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Instructions
- 1. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Squeeze the juice of one lime.
- 3. Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 4. Use a melon baller to cut small balls out of the melon flesh.
- 5. Mix the dry shrimp with the lime juice and some pepper.
- 6. Distribute the melon balls evenly among four glasses.
- 7. Place the marinated shrimp over the melon balls.
- 8. Slice the second lime into thin rounds.
- 9. Crumble a few mint leaves and place them together with the lime slices as decoration on the glasses.
