  1. 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water. Then pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic cloves. Slice them into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Wash the pepper and slice it into thin rings.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley. Shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely.
  5. 5. Place the shrimp, garlic, chili, and parsley into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Drizzle the oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
  7. 7. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the cooked shrimp from the fryer. Place them on a serving plate.
  11. 11. Sprinkle chili flakes over the shrimp. Serve the dish immediately.
