🍽️ Garlic Chili Shrimp from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water. Then pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves. Slice them into thin pieces.
- 3. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Wash the pepper and slice it into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the parsley. Shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely.
- 5. Place the shrimp, garlic, chili, and parsley into a large bowl.
- 6. Drizzle the oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
- 7. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 10. Remove the cooked shrimp from the fryer. Place them on a serving plate.
- 11. Sprinkle chili flakes over the shrimp. Serve the dish immediately.
