🍽️ Grilled Prawns with Ginger and Chili

Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 4 tbsp chili oil
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 2. Place the finely chopped garlic in a small bowl and add a pinch of salt.
- 3. Use the flat side of a knife blade to mash the garlic into a fine paste.
- 4. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves.
- 5. Mix the garlic paste, coriander, ginger, and chili oil together in a bowl.
- 6. Season the marinade with some black pepper.
- 7. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Coat the prawns thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- 9. Cover the bowl and let the prawns marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
- 10. Remove the prawns from the marinade and season them lightly with salt.
- 11. Preheat the grill and place the prawns on it.
- 12. Grill the prawns for about two to three minutes on each side.
- 13. Serve the finished prawns with fresh peppers, onions, and chili pods as desired.
