  2. 2. Place the finely chopped garlic in a small bowl and add a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Use the flat side of a knife blade to mash the garlic into a fine paste.
  4. 4. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves.
  5. 5. Mix the garlic paste, coriander, ginger, and chili oil together in a bowl.
  6. 6. Season the marinade with some black pepper.
  7. 7. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Coat the prawns thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl and let the prawns marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
  10. 10. Remove the prawns from the marinade and season them lightly with salt.
  11. 11. Preheat the grill and place the prawns on it.
  12. 12. Grill the prawns for about two to three minutes on each side.
  13. 13. Serve the finished prawns with fresh peppers, onions, and chili pods as desired.
