🍽️ Fresh Shrimps with Chili and Coriander Marinade

Ingredients
- 800 g shrimp (kitchen-ready)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 tbsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- light soy sauce
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimps under cold water.
- 2. Then pat the shrimps completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Wash the chili peppers.
- 6. Finely chop the chili peppers as well.
- 7. Pick the fresh coriander leaves off the stems.
- 8. Chop the coriander leaves into small pieces.
- 9. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 10. Sear the shrimps briefly in the hot oil.
- 11. Add the chopped garlic, chili peppers, and ginger to the pan.
- 12. Fry the spices for about one minute.
- 13. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 14. Pour the lime juice into the pan.
- 15. Pour the rice wine into the pan.
- 16. Add a little soy sauce.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt.
- 18. Let the shrimps sit lukewarm for about 15 minutes.
- 19. Fold in the prepared coriander leaves.
- 20. Taste the marinade one last time and adjust if needed.
- 21. Serve the shrimps.
